Senior Interest Rate Derivatives Hedging Manager

This position is responsible for overseeing the interest rate derivative hedging program at the bank. The Senior Interest Rate Derivatives Hedging Manager will analyze, report, and execute trades of interest rate derivative instruments to align with the bank's financial goals and risk management strategies. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Manage interest rate derivative program through modeling, analysis, and market executionProvide subject matter expertise to senior management and stakeholders through clear communication and reportingConduct detailed analysis on hedge positions and test hedge effectivenessMaintain strong network with brokers and have a solid understanding of trading requirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience or High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of experience in Interest Rate Derivatives, bank treasury, liquidity management, fixed income analytics, and market risk.
