ATM Support Desk Analyst

In this role, you will provide technical support to external vendors using our client's ATMs. You will provide a wide variety of support options, ranging from email support coming from an internal ticketing system (Jira) to providing preventive support while monitoring an internal tracking system.

Other essential functions include:Diagnose hardware and software issuesPerform and create operational and performance reporting and analysisResponsible to keep customer advised of any issues affecting the contractual SLAsCreate and maintain customer support documentationParticipate in organizational service delivery strategy and definitionResponsible for training and creating training materials for customers on basic hardware and software functionality

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experiencePrior ATM or Financial Services experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsAn analytical mind and inclination for problem-solvingProficiency with MS Office applicationsExperience with ticketing systemsAbility to navigate various database applications, SQL experience a significant plusCreate and maintain a positive working environment and relationship with both internal and external customers
