We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Customer Insights Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting customer data to generate actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This role will focus on understanding customer behaviors, preferences, and trends to support operational strategies, product development, and business growth.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to

Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources (CRM, surveys, website analytics, social media, etc.) to understand customer behavior and market trendsReporting & Visualization: Develop dashboards, reports, and visual presentations to communicate customer insights effectively to stakeholders across the organizationCustomer Segmentation: Identify and analyze customer segments, providing detailed profiles that inform targeted customer experience and product strategiesTrend Identification: Monitor customer trends, feedback, and preferences, and deliver insights that drive operational capabilities, customer experience development, and overall business strategyStakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with operations, sales, product, and other teams to align customer insights with business goals and initiativesResearch & Surveys: Design and execute customer surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather qualitative and quantitative data on customer satisfaction, loyalty, and product usabilityForecasting & Prediction: Use predictive analytics and modeling techniques to anticipate customer behaviors and market opportunitiesRequired Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field2+ years' experience in customer insights, data analysis, or a similar roleProven experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools (Power BI, Access, etc.)Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python)Experience with CRM systems and survey platformsStrong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business recommendationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and conciselyStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred Skills and Experience

Experience leveraging generative AI tools (Chat GPT, Azure AI, etc.)Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)Experience in customer journey mapping, UX research, or consumer psychologyKnowledge of machine learning techniques for customer data analysisExperience in a fast-paced, agile environmentPhysical Requirements
