Description:Job Summary:This position will work under the direction of the Boutique Coordinator and other boutique staff to provideassistance as needed for daily retail and billable operations for the boutique. Works with boutique staff tomaintain accurate patient records for boutique reimbursement. Works under the direction of staff to assistin meeting business goals and objectives including annual sales goals, annual merchandise planning andpromotional planning. May assist with internal and external marketing plans for the boutique.This position will follow the philosophy and direction of the Volunteer Board of Piedmont Augusta toprovide exceptional customer service and the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalism.Qualifications:Education:High School diploma or GED required.Associates degree in business, accounting, allied health or related field is preferred.Two (2) years of experience in breast health retail or related field can be substituted for educationrequirements.
Licensure Certification:N/A - Certified Mastectomy Fitter certification is a plus.
Experience:Two years of experience required to include any combination of breast health industry knowledge,marketing to referral sources, event planning related to Breast Health Awareness Month, knowledge ofdurable medical equipment (DME) billing, A/R management, insurance claims processing and inventorymanagement, etc. Experience with volunteers is required.
