About This Role:
Axsome Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Marketing Operations to support many key activities as part of the Marketing Team. This person will be responsible for supporting the execution of various initiatives including but not limited to congress, peer to peer programs, order fulfillment, tactic development, and marketing operations.
This role is based at Axsome’s HQ in New York City with an on-site requirement of at least three days per week. We are unable to consider candidates who are looking for fully remote roles.
Job Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Lead logistics planning and execution for speaker bureau, speaker training, conference, advisory boards
Work with legal and compliance to triage speaker bureau exemption and escalation process according to Axsome policy
Support HCP/Consumer key marketing activities and initiatives across brand
Support all operational aspects of brand marketing
Manage print/production fulfillment vendor
Support HCP promotional speaker bureau execution
Collaborate with the broader Brand Marketing team to prioritize and further develop role across initiatives
Work with commercial operations to increase operational excellence for marketing
Establish strong relationships with key internal functions including Sales, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs, Legal and Regulatory
Ensure that all marketing activities are in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
Requirements
/ Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required. Advanced degree preferred
At least 5 years of marketing operations and project management experience in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry
Ability to work on site Monday, Tuesday & Thursday. We are unable to consider candidates who are looking for fully remote roles
Experience and Knowledge:
Strong project management experience. Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
A proactive, creative and entrepreneurial approach
CNS disease expertise and/or experience
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Salary and Benefits:
The anticipated salary range for this role is $140,000 - $170,000. We encourage candidates of all levels to apply as there may be flexibility on final job title and responsibilities. The salary offer will be based on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, internal equity and location.
