SUMMARYExperienced Sr. Analyst, proficient in SharePoint application implementation, design, configuration, and support; responsible for gathering and organizing business requirements, analyzing data requirements, performing systems analysis and design activities, and supporting system development, testing, and delivery efforts. This position will be responsible for supporting all phases of the system development life-cycle process for numerous applications including SharePoint, Nintex, Enablon, Cority, and other enterprise applications. Applicants must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and prior experience with project management and delivery of applications. Applicants must have strong project management skills with experience in following recognized project management standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMay include, but are not limited to, the following:Facilitate and organize meetings with functional users and business managers to document procedures and to gather functional requirementsPerform analysis and design activities for applications to be deliveredAnalyze data needs and create data models for applicationsModifies and/or enhances applications following established methodologyLeverage experience to suggest and support business enhancementsCoordinate quality assurance efforts by creating and executing test plansContinually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationshipsAssist in creating user documentation for applicationsDesign and configuration of automated business process workflowCoordinate system signoff and meet all other change management requirementsResearch and resolve help desk issues that relate to the core application.Provide quality assurance support during and after implementationProvide user training for individuals and groupsAssist Technical Architect in design and integration of solutionsManage and work with consultant staffMotivate the team to deliver excellenceAny additional responsibilities or tasks as assigned.Comply with all Company policies and procedures.Fully supports Company goals of continuous improvement and operational excellence at strategic and tactical levels including reviewing area of responsibility for improvement opportunities to initiate projects or communicate ideas to management as well as active participation on project teams.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONSCollege Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.Minimum 7 years of experience as a business and/or project analyst with SharePoint applicationsExperience with Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems preferredExperience with Occupational Health management systems preferredMinimum 5 years of experience with delivery of application solutionsProven skills in business analysis, quality assurance, and implementationThorough understanding of SharePoint capabilities and managementExperience with integration of enterprise applicationsStrong Project Management skills. Certification in PMP or equivalent preferred3 or more years of experience with Nintex preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDSWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENTThe noise level in the work environment is usually moderate as normally based in an office. Some of the work may be required in the operating units which can require usage of required PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, etc. May also result in exposure to outside elements and may require usage of stairs and elevators.
