What You Will Do:
Seeking a Talent Acquisition, Senior Associate who can deliver full life cycle recruiting and a high-touch, personalized candidate experience across all sector specialties - Strategy Consulting, Management Consulting, Technology Consulting, and Risk Management Consulting. We are looking for a high-energy, strategic, innovative professional who is progressive and can lead from the front by being authentic, agile, connected and technologically bold in all areas of recruiting. Used to a high-paced ops-tempo with laser focus on filling requisitions and being a true talent partner.
Senior Recruiters are required to demonstrate a high level of performance in the following:
- Client Relationship Management
- Be recognized by your clients as a trusted advisor through your understanding of their business and delivering on related talent needs.
- Provide a consistent level of communication and relevant data points keeping your clients informed of priorities, activity, results, and other intelligence learned through recruiting efforts.
- Establish and foster collaborative working relations with key clients and stakeholders that can include HR, Operations, Compensation, and Resource Management.
- Strategic Recruiting and Sourcing
- Effectively manage multiple priorities with successful outcomes.
- Develop, document, implement, and measure recruiting and sourcing strategies for each client and/or assigned search.
- Successfully manage sourcing campaigns or effectively direct internal sourcing resources to network and recruit top talent.
- Utilize Guidehouse's network to maximize employee referrals.
- Leverage resources and be mindful of Guidehouse's expectations to generate a diverse slate of candidates for each search.
- Manage and support recruiting initiatives and projects as directed by TA leadership.
- Talent Assessment
- Ensure candidates are adequately assessed through Guidehouse's Candidate Selection Interview Framework and continuously monitor quality of hire, working with your client and Human Capital to identify ways to make improvements.
- Communication and Executive Disposition
- Communicate effectively (written and verbal) to a variety of audiences.
- Represent Guidehouse with poise, professionalism, and confidence.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of client management, stakeholders, and recruiting colleagues.
- Demonstrate Guidehouse RI2SE values and a high level of self-awareness and ability to gauge others to guide your behavior to constructively deal effectively with difficult circumstances including soliciting help to avert foreseeable setbacks.
- Monitor scope of client expectations surrounding delivery of generated results.
Key responsibilities:
- Full life cycle recruiting for managing consulting roles in the following industries: Financial Services, Intelligence Community, Solutions (Technology), Healthcare, State and Local government, Defense, and Corporate Services.
- Experienced talent acquisition focuses on aligning candidates who bring previous knowledge and expertise to our expanding portfolios.
- Work with Recruiting Lead to work with internal stakeholders in designing a tailored recruiting approach to exceed client and candidate expectations.
- Leverage talent acquisition experience to partner with key internal stakeholders regarding the direction of recruitment activities, programs, or functions.
- Serve as a "Guidehouse Brand Ambassador" to expand our external talent acquisition footprint to build the Guidehouse brand.
What You Will Need:
- Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 4+ years of experience in a similarly structured role
- Experience in recruiting for technical roles in the Financial Services, Healthcare, OR Defense industries.
What is Nice to Have:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in recruiting in the Financial Services, Intelligence Community, Solutions (Technology), Healthcare, State and Local government, Defense, and Corporate Services industry.
- Understanding of and experience with federal government consulting talent acquisition, professional services, or staffing agency environment.
- Ability and desire to network with and source candidates utilizing a multitude of technology platforms.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and able to source and identify high-caliber talent in an extremely competitive job market.
- Ability to quickly acquire a strong understanding of relevant firm businesses, recruiting policies, procedures, and systems and educate colleagues and clients on industry best practices.
- Consultative approach toward clients with proven ability to influence others and build strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
- Ability to embrace technology platforms, lead and advise teams and clients in participating in a multitude of talent acquisition outreach opportunities.
- Demonstrate a willingness to step outside of comfort zone and develop new methodologies and approaches in the spirit of experimentation and innovation and create talent pipelines across the enterprise.
- Analytical with advanced problem-solving skills.
- Workday Recruiting ATS experience
- Skills in various technologies (i.e., Microsoft Office, applicant tracking system, social media platforms).
- Preferred locations: McLean, VA, San Antonio, TX or Atlanta, GA
The annual salary range for this position is $87,100.00-$130,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
