The Assistant Director of Clinical Operations uses clinical expertise, management skills, and adult teaching/learning principles to assist in the implementation of administrative and clinical objectives to provide cost efficient, quality patient care with the outpatient facility. Serves as a role model for professional practice and participates in the assessment, planning, and implementation of age and cultural appropriate care according to patient population. Assists in revising, developing and implementing policies, procedures, performance improvement activities, and program planning in accordance with the established policies and procedures of McBride Orthopedic Hospital Physicians.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of an accredited BSN Nursing Program. Current unencumbered RN license, eligible to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oklahoma. Experience working in a Clinic environment. Must possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers. Possess or be willing to obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of three (3) years management experience in nursing supervision. Masters degree in Nursing. Orthopedic experience.
