Position: Heating and Air Conditioning Service Technician
This full-time role is based in Indio, CA, servicing the Coachella Valley. The technician will troubleshoot, repair, assist with installations, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, communicative, and able to work well with others.
Qualifications
- Customer satisfaction and troubleshooting skills
- EPA certification
- Experience in maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina for varied environments
- Prior HVAC service experience
Compensation and Benefits
Pay ranges from $25.00/hr to $40.00/hr, based on experience. Benefits include 401K, vacation, sick days, and growth opportunities.
