Resight is an AI research platform that builds digital twins of real customers, helping teams simulate conversations, test ideas, and make better decisions—without starting from scratch.
We have active users, enterprise co-design pilots, and market access. We have been a resarchconsulting firm for 7 years, and are shifting to help our clients with technology. The product has been built already over the last year.
Now we’re looking for a US-based, part-time founding engineer to help us grow the platform. This is not salaried or a contract. This is for an equity or revenue share agreement.

– Next.js app written in TypeScript
– Hosted on Vercel
– MongoDB database
– OpenAI-powered research and conversation tools

– Have experience with full-stack development, especially Next.js and MongoDB
