looking for an
Accounting Specialist
who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative to support internal billing, AR collections, and accounting operations during a period of rapid process centralization and growth.
This is a contract-only role (3-month minimum) with the potential to convert to full-time. The position is hybrid, with on-site work required Tuesdays through Thursdays.
Responsibilities:
Manage AR and billing functions, including issuing invoices, credit memos, and payment reminders Maintain and update customer billing data and AR aging reports Collaborate cross-functionally with SalesOps, Customer Success, and senior accounting leadership Monitor collections efforts, especially for B2B clients Assist with accounting close tasks including expense reporting and corporate card program support Help establish scalable processes as the company transitions accounting functions in-house Requirements:
2+ years of billing or accounting experience, or a recent college graduate with strong technical skills Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables) Familiarity with accounting tools such as QuickBooks, Salesforce, and (ideally) NetSuite Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail Bachelor's degree preferred
