ATI Corporate is seeking an International Tax Manager to join our team. This is an onsite position based in our Dallas, TX office. If you are looking for an opportunity to support a growing, world-class manufacturing company with multiple manufacturing operations, we would love to hear from you!
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist tax team members with preparation of global income tax provision and AETR calculation on a quarterly basis.
- Prepare and review federal inclusion and international components of the income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740, such as GILTI, FDII, FTC, Subpart F, 956, 987, etc.
- Coordinate with foreign controllers to ensure timely and accurate reporting of foreign provision packages.
- Prepare and review tax accounting reconciliations involving valuation allowances, NOL reconciliations, FIN 18 analysis, payable/receivable reconciliations, deferred reconciliations, etc
- Work collaboratively with other members of the tax team to complete mandatory reporting requirements for the financial statements.
- Responsible for the filing of all US international filings, 5471s, 1118, FBAR, etc.
- Coordinate and review the filing of international tax returns for local STAT purposes and incorporate information in Tax Basis Balance Sheets.
- Monitoring transfer pricing policies and mandatory filing requirements (including BEPS required filings).
- Collaborate and Manage third party advisors on special projects as they arise.
- Work directly with the Tax Director to recognize and implement efficiencies in overall tax process.
- Developing staff's skills to enhance overall learning.
- Monitoring law changes and determining the impact to the ATI tax structure.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- CPA or Masters of Taxation degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in international tax with a Big 4, regional accounting firm or corporate tax department.
- C-Corp provision and tax return software experience preferred. Corptax is preferred.
- Must have understanding of ASC 740 and tax reporting requirements.
