MUFG . This position supports the Growth and Middle Market Technology Banking team at MUFG, focusing on venture-backed, private equity owned, and publicly traded technology companies. Responsibilities include evaluating, structuring, and underwriting loan facilities and credit exposures, supporting credit analysis, and managing portfolios. Responsibilities:
Support credit analysis and portfolio management within a deal team environment. Perform due diligence on new transactions and evaluate existing loans. Assist in structuring and negotiating credit terms and agreements. Prepare detailed credit analyses and applications following internal and regulatory guidelines. Utilize financial modeling skills for credit processes and reviews. Maintain industry knowledge and understand regulatory issues. Oversee facility closing procedures and documentation. Coordinate with credit approval teams to align risk strategies. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or equivalent experience. 1-2 years of credit risk experience for Analyst level; 3-5 years for Associate (AVP). Strong financial modeling and credit analysis skills. Knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Compensation & Benefits:
The base salary ranges from $100,000 to $160,000, depending on experience and location. Additional performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits are offered, including health, retirement, and wellness programs. Additional Details:
