The Senior IT Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Responsibilities include collaborating with business and IT sponsors, managing third-party vendors, identifying risks, and communicating with stakeholders. The role may involve managing multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities
Define project goals, success criteria, and stakeholder expectations. Manage projects through all phases, adhering to constraints of time, scope, budget, and quality. Handle change requests effectively. Conform to IT governance and project delivery processes. Identify dependencies and risks, working with technical leads and architects. Create realistic project plans and negotiate deliverables and milestones. Collaborate within a global, matrix organization. Establish and facilitate communication among stakeholders and teams. Provide regular status updates. Coordinate with support teams for transition and warranty phases. Promote The Ascot Way, embodying engagement, collaboration, inclusivity, and accountability. Minimum Requirements
10+ years of experience in project management or a related field. At least 5 years of delivering large-scale IT application projects. Experience in the insurance/reinsurance industry is required. Knowledge of Captives insurance and Program Business is highly preferred. Bachelor's Degree. Experience with off-the-shelf and custom applications. Ability to manage diverse teams and outsource work to vendors. Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope and budget. Experience managing multiple projects in a global, matrix environment. Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies. Compensation & Benefits
The salary range is $130,000 - $150,000, with actual pay depending on experience and skills. Benefits include health and welfare plans, paid time off, disability coverage, 401(k), and other perks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
