Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Orange Park, FL. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, and offering executive support. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, and handling communications. The role also involves general administrative assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of executive operations.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance
- Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
- Executive Support skills, including calendar management and meeting coordination
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Prior experience in an academic or professional environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
