Through the Acadomi, starting September 2nd, we are growing our organization and providing hands-on training, mentorships, and growth opportunities within our company. Recent Graduate candidates will work full-time with seasoned recruiters and account executives to gain a foundation for the IT industry, from best recruiting practices to account management. Responsibilities: Participate in an informative 2-month training program with experienced Recruiters and Account Executives to boost your career in IT recruiting. Work closely with Team Leads to improve your sourcing, interviewing, and candidate submission skills. Gain experience in cold calling, interacting, and prospecting for new business. Learn Optomi’s recruiting and sales processes to eventually transition into an Account Executive role. What does an Account Executive do for Optomi? Connect with clients/companies to understand their business needs through calls, meetings, and networking. Develop strong partnerships by informing clients about Optomi’s services and how we can meet their needs. Serve as the main contact for all hiring needs between clients and the recruiting team. Maintain and grow your book of business through excellent communication. Basic Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Desired Skills and Experience: No professional experience required – training provided! Drive and determination to succeed. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop genuine relationships with clients and consultants. Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions.
