Mercer . Mercer Digital, the technical consulting arm of Mercer, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive for our Workday implementation sales team in the Western US. This role offers significant visibility and interaction with executive teams and the C-suite, providing an excellent opportunity to showcase thought leadership and support digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities:
Increase sales of Workday implementation services within your designated region/vertical. Collaborate with Workday Account Executives to communicate Mercer’s go-to-market strategy and identify new business opportunities. Partner with internal teams to generate leads and support pre-sales activities. Develop strategies for HCM and Financials implementations, including project delivery and support solutions. Demonstrate thought leadership and meet sales and profitability targets. Cross-sell consulting services and solutions. Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of experience with ERP or HCM applications. 5+ years of experience selling professional or consulting services. Ability to articulate a comprehensive value proposition including Workday, HR & Finance Transformation, and related services. Experience working in a matrix environment across lines of business. Proven success in strategic sales targeting C-suite executives. Preferred Qualifications:
Leadership experience with Workday or similar platforms (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP). Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Track record of achieving sales quotas. Strong relationship-building skills within prospective organizations. Mercer, part of Marsh McLennan, is committed to diversity and inclusion. We offer a competitive salary range of $97,000 to $194,500, along with performance incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. Applications are accepted until June 30, 2025.
