Accountants One is working with well established Real Estate Company looking for their next
Property Accountant/ Senior Property Accountant . The company is growing and is a highly professional organization and very customer focused. They offer a hybrid work schedule.
The Property Accountant/ Senior Property Accountant will handle the following: Handle accounting for assigned properties Month end close, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, bank reconciliation, etc. Insure the accuracy of reconciliations for each property Cash flow reports Financial packages prepared in a timely manner to the partners Approval and review payables on time Year-end audits Work closely with leadership on the financial statements analyzing the variances Assist with any special projects or task Requirements:
Bachelors degree accounting, finance or business 2-4 years of experience for a Property Accountant 5+ years for a senior property accountant Must have real estate industry experience- Multi-Family, Commercial or Industrial or can come from public accounting working on real estate clients on the audit side Strong excel skills ERP system experience with MRI or Yardi preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills
