Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing administrative duties and front desk receptionist responsibilities, in-person at our office in Vancouver, WA. The ideal candidate will bring a friendly attitude, discretion, reliability and strong communication skills. As needed, you will support our business growth and accounting department by processing invoices, transactions, expenses as well as updating our accounting database. This position will give you the opportunity to grow your accounting knowledge and experience.
Primary duties:
Greeting and welcoming visitors
Answering and directing phone calls
Handling deliveries
Maintain tidy reception area
Responsibilities may include
Accounts Payable Matching & Entry
Subcontract Invoice Entry
Subcontract Compliance
Subcontractor Certificate of Insurance
Statements
Troubleshooting Invoices that don't Match
Print Credit card receipts
Credit card receipt matching & entry
New Vendor setup & vendor compliance
Track employee reimbursements
All other duties as needed
Pay Range $20-$30/hr DOE
Qualifications
- 1-2 years' of experience working in Construction Accounting
- 1-2 years’ of receptionist and/or front desk experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented
This position is in-person.
