Job Description

Job Summary: As a Recruiting Manager, your responsibilities will include developing and growing a client base, expanding our services through video, phone, and in-person meetings, recruiting, evaluating, and placing finance and accounting professionals in full-time roles, providing excellent customer service to clients and candidates, offering career guidance, and participating in industry trade associations to increase our local presence.

Qualifications

• A business-related degree, preferably in finance or accounting; CPA and/or MBA are a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in public or industry accounting/finance and/or successful permanent placement recruiting.
• Proven success, excellent communication skills, and a high sense of urgency.
• Ability to leverage finance and accounting experience to manage and grow the business.

Additional Information

Salary range: $68,640 to $75,000, negotiable based on experience and location. Bonus potential based on performance.
