We are seeking a reliable and professional Server to join our team and provide exceptional service to our clients during breakfast and dinner. The Restaurant Server will be responsible for taking orders and serving food and drinks to guests in a timely and courteous manner. The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties:

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations.
• Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  
  

• Must meet the state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
• Requires at least 6 months of closely related serving experience, work experience in a high-volume or fast-casual dining restaurant environment preferred
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs
• Requires the ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
• Requires the ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
• Frequently immerses hands in water and water diluted with chemical solution
