Role Overview: We seek a results-oriented Integrator to lead day-to-day operations and strategic execution. Reporting directly to the Visionary (CEO/Owner), you will drive alignment and accountability across the company using EOS methodologies. Responsibilities: Execute company strategy and align departmental goals. Facilitate structured meetings (Level 10 Meetings) for accountability and goal tracking. Oversee EOS Scorecard and quarterly Rocks to ensure strategic priority progress. Engage in EOS Issue Solving (IDS) to foster transparency and continuous improvement. Maintain the Accountability Chart to clarify roles and team alignment. Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation. Uphold and reinforce core values: Trust, Excellence, and Family. Qualifications: 5+ years executive-level operational experience, preferably in home services. Practical EOS experience preferred. Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Track record of business scaling and operational success.
