Interact and communicate with external customers to promote the company's adhesives. Support R&D projects critical to the business and contribute to technology/business development roadmaps. Generate test plans and experiments. Prepare and deliver presentations on projects/technologies for external customers, internal teams, and management. Travel with sales representatives to understand customer needs and application details. Develop and maintain a product specialty, serving as a technical expert within this area. Seniority level
