Job Description:

The Education Department at BHCC is seeking adjunct instructors to teach courses focused on Elementary Education. Courses include Intro and Foundations of Education and Intro to Curriculum Development and Instruction. All courses delivered in the evenings (6:00 P.M. and later). Courses delivered in person at the Charlestown Campus or hybrid with a combination of in person meetings at a location in the Everett Public Schools and synchronous/asynchronous online instruction.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Education or Teaching
• Experience teaching in K-12 public school setting
• Desire to prepare future educators to provide high-quality instruction
• Commitment to helping future educators think critically about how education systems impact students

Additional Information:

Salary: $1,397.00 per credit hour
