In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, providing exceptional service and support that reflects our commitment to quality. As a Call Center Representative, you will handle a variety of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and requests for information regarding our products and services.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
Handle and resolve complaints effectively by offering viable solutions.
Process customer orders and requests in a timely manner.
Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
