Our client, a top law firm, is seeking a Legal Recruiting Coordinator with 2+ years of recruiting coordination experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. This role will support the legal recruiting team in scheduling, candidate tracking, and law school outreach while collaborating with senior partners.
Responsibilities Include:
Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate tracking
Support judicial clerk and lateral attorney recruiting efforts
Assist with law school outreach, including events, panels, and mentoring programs
Manage sponsorship requests related to diversity, law schools, and pro bono initiatives
Oversee Summer Associate programming, including orientation, mentorships, and events
Maintain recruiting databases and timelines for key initiatives
Track recruiting-related expenses and assist with budget preparation
Requirements:
2+ years of recruiting coordination experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with ViDesktop or similar applicant tracking systems is a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
