Board-Certified Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist

for a full-time, permanent, W-2 opportunity to join an established holistic Psychiatric team that provides both in-person and virtual appointments for patients in NY, NJ, CT, MA, and FL. Join a collaborative, evidenced-based team comprised of experienced Psychiatrist, PMHNPs, and Licensed Therapists committed to whole person care. The team is now expanding its service to children and adolescents. The

Child, Adolescent, and Adult BC-Psychiatrist

will lead the new service line, while continuing to support a multidisciplinary, integrative care model. Psychiatrist will work FT, 40 hours per week Psychiatrist position including direct client care and program development Psychiatrist provides new patient evaluations and holistic care plans Psychiatrist integrates psychotherapy with psychopharmacology prescribing Psychiatrist will have a mix of children, adolescent, and adult clients Psychiatrist will see approximately 40 clients per week Psychiatrist spends 10% of time on Program Development Psychiatrist works to expand new services to include PMHNP Psychiatrist will have adjusted schedules to balance both Admin and Clinical roles Psychiatrist will have opportunity to work on-site at Clinic 1-day per week, if desired Psychiatrist leads specialty group for clinicians interested in expanding into Child and Adolescent services Psychiatrist meets regularly with Medical Director about service line Psychiatrist revises policies to enhance supporting Child and Adolescent services Psychiatrist will join company wide continuing education meetings weekly Psychiatrist role has the opportunity to grow Psychiatrist on-site location: New York, New York Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine Board Certified Psychiatry Completed Residency in Psychiatry Completed fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry State License in one of the following states (ideally 2): NJ, NY, CT, MA, FL Clear Medical License (NO Previous Disciplinary Actions) Active DEA Desire to work as a W2 Employee Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist Compensation: 250,000 – 300,000 Salary 2K Quarterly Bonus Flexible Hours 401K w/ employer match Transit and Parking Benefits Malpractice Insurance EAP, Short and Long-Term Disability PTO, CME Allotment and Days at 1 year
