We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will be valued for your expertise and will play a vital role in our treatment teams. Our progressive approach to mental health care fosters a collaborative environment among our expanding group of Advanced Practice Providers, elevating the standard of care in our communities. Our Advanced Practice Providers work alongside in-house therapists to support patients throughout their mental health journeys. We are committed to your professional growth with opportunities for education, supervision, and leadership. You will have access to innovative, evidence-based treatment methods such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato, equipping you with essential tools to enact real transformation. Your Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and provide ongoing psychopharmacological management. Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with mental health clinicians to deliver psychotherapy services. Administer interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato. What We Are Looking For: Licensed and Board Certified in the relevant state. Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience (required). Psychiatric-Mental Health certification (PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych) (preferred). Experience in an outpatient setting (preferred). Ability to work with clients across various age groups (preferred).
