We invite you to join the BedMart Family, where we’ll provide you the training and tools to successfully guide our customers in finding the perfect products for their needs.
Your success is our priority. Sales Consultants receive an hourly base rate
plus
commission on delivered sales. This compensation strategy provides an opportunity to earn between $50,000 - $100,000 or more per year.
Unlike other retailers, we do not cap your commission! BedMart offers benefits for full-time employees, including: Comprehensive paid training program. Paid Time Off - we value work/life balance. Affordable Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, with 98.5% of employee medical premiums paid by BedMart.
