Booking and adjustment Ocean/Air transportation and inland transportation
Creating delivery orders and tracking reports
Billing customers and approving venders payments
Cargowise and Trade Tech Syrinx experience preferred
- Inside sales
Communicate to customers and Japan office in Japanese
Communicate to customers and venders in English
Creating rate quotes
Creating tracking report for shipments
08:30am~5:00am
Medical Blue Shield PPO or HMO
Dental Guardian PPO or HMO
Life Insurance Group Plan
Flex Plan Medical and/or Dependent Care
Vacation 10 days per calendar year, 2025 accrual (prorated)
Sick leaves 10 sick days per year (January-December)
