is seeking a dedicated, professional Full-Time and Part Time Driver to join our team in
Hubbard, OH . We are committed to safety and efficiency, with both forward and driver-facing cameras installed in our tractors. Compensation:
Hourly Rate : $27.12 per hour (includes a $5.32 Health & Wellness allowance, paid for the first 40 hours if you opt out of our insurance plan). Bi-Weekly Pay . Trip Details :
Hubbard, OH to Cincinnati, OH : 12.5 hours for a round trip (12 hours if deadheading on any segment). Hubbard, OH to Mt. Cobb, PA : 11.5 hours for a round trip.
Requirements Driver Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements: Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
with all required endorsements. Age Requirement :
21 years old
for short hauls (within a 150-mile radius of your assigned Alan Ritchey, Inc. facility). 23 years old
for long hauls (exceeding the 150-mile radius).
U.S. Citizenship
or authorized to work in the U.S. Experience :
1 year of verifiable over-the-road experience
for hauls exceeding the 150-mile radius. 2 years of verifiable over-the-road experience
required for Mail Drivers (for hauls exceeding 150 miles).
Driving Record :
No more than
3 moving violations
in the past 3 years. No preventable accidents deemed serious by Alan Ritchey, Inc. No
DWI/DUI convictions
or charges in the last 7 years (or multiple DWI/DUI convictions, regardless of time). No
felony charges
or pending felony charges in the last 7 years. No
outstanding warrants
or
suspended driver's licenses .
Mail Drivers Only: Must be
qualified to receive a United States Postal Badge
and meet all USPS requirements for postal contracts. The United States Postal Service has specific disqualifications that will be outlined for applicants seeking to drive under postal contracts. Compensation Details:
