Job Details
- Title: Airline Customer Service Agent/AM-PM/RR
- Location: Mosinee, Wisconsin
- Entity: Unifi Aviation, LLC
- Type: Part Time
- Schedule: Flexible shifts including mornings and afternoons, Monday to Sunday
Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with baggage pickup and resolve issues related to delayed, lost, or damaged luggage.
- Utilize computer software to track and catalog luggage.
- Provide professional customer service in all interactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned within skill and experience levels.
- Lift and move items weighing 70 pounds or more regularly and safely.
Qualifications
- Must be a local (in-state) resident.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Valid In-State Driver’s License.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a 10-year background check.
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to complete ramp and SIDA training for airport security clearance.
- Capable of carrying heavy items and alert to moving vehicles or aircraft, using radio equipment.
