Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000/year 

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

What You’ll Do 

• Lead daily management of jobsite teams, including foremen and field personnel. 
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, billing (AIA), schedules, and cost control. 
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeouts using project management tools like Procore. 
• Conduct routine jobsite visits to troubleshoot, coach, and ensure safety compliance. 
• Coordinate manpower and resource needs in collaboration with the Director of Operations. 
• Serve as the primary liaison with general contractors, subs, clients, and vendors. 
• Work cross-functionally with purchasing and accounting to ensure timely reporting, accurate material procurement, and payroll processing. 
• Approve weekly timecards and review labor/job costing for accuracy. 

What You Bring 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field — or 5–10 years of proven electrical construction experience. 
• Deep understanding of the NEC and NFPA70E standards. 
• Experience reading and interpreting contracts, blueprints, and technical drawings. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, estimating software, and project management platforms (Procore a plus). 
• A track record of team leadership, problem-solving, and driving results under pressure. 
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed. 

Preferred (But Not Required) 

• PMP certification 
• BIM and Trimble experience 
• Estimating and PLC familiarity

• Travel to in-state and out-of-state job sites as needed 
• Ability to lift/move 50 lbs. during site visits
