Location: 410 Airport Road, Hazle Township, PA 18202
Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000/year
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

What You’ll Do
- Lead daily management of jobsite teams, including foremen and field personnel.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, billing (AIA), schedules, and cost control.
- Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeouts using project management tools like Procore.
- Conduct routine jobsite visits to troubleshoot, coach, and ensure safety compliance.
- Coordinate manpower and resource needs in collaboration with the Director of Operations.
- Serve as the primary liaison with general contractors, subs, clients, and vendors.
- Work cross-functionally with purchasing and accounting to ensure timely reporting, accurate material procurement, and payroll processing.
- Approve weekly timecards and review labor/job costing for accuracy.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field — or 5–10 years of proven electrical construction experience.
- Deep understanding of the NEC and NFPA70E standards.
- Experience reading and interpreting contracts, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, estimating software, and project management platforms (Procore a plus).
- A track record of team leadership, problem-solving, and driving results under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred (But Not Required)
- PMP certification
- BIM and Trimble experience
- Estimating and PLC familiarity

- Travel to in-state and out-of-state job sites as needed
- Ability to lift/move 50 lbs. during site visits
