The
Renewal Specialist
in collaboration with the account management team,will be responsible for driving renewal reviews with partners, outlining upcoming renewals and offering term options. You will also act as a subject matter expert for Kaseya's renewal process - understanding how each solution is positioned, quoted, and priced.
Essential Responsibilities:
Manage and execute the renewal process for existing clientIdentify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell during the renewal processBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and satisfaction levelsWork closely with the Sales team to identify potential growth opportunities within existing accountsPartner with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfactionMaintain accurate records of renewal activities, customer interactions, and contract details in the CRM systemContinuously evaluate and improve the renewal process to increase efficiency and effectivenessAct as subject matter expert for Kaseya's renewal process - understanding how each solution is positioned, quoted, and pricedDrive renewal reviews with partners, outlining upcoming renewals and offering term optionsQualifications:
Attention to detail is a must!Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Excellent oral and written communication skillsStrong customer service skills and ability to develop relationshipsMust be organized and efficient to keep up in a fast-paced environmentAdept at working in high pressure situationsSalesforce (CRM) experience is a plusWell versed in Microsoft Office productsSelf-starter2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in renewals, account management, or sales.
