$90,000 - $100,000 About the Role As
Manager of Communications and Culture , you will be the voice of our company culture, ensuring our
19 brands
are connected through compelling storytelling and strategic internal communications. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape and amplify our company's identity, fostering engagement and alignment across teams. This is a
strategic yet hands-on role , where you will both develop high-impact communication plans and execute day-to-day messaging across multiple channels. You will work closely with senior leadership, HR, and local brand teams to create an engaging, transparent, and connected company culture. What You'll Do Internal Communications & Engagement Develop and implement an internal communications strategy that strengthens engagement across all brands. Own company-wide messaging, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with our values and business priorities. Craft compelling internal content, including newsletters, leadership updates, and announcements. Establish communication feedback loops to continuously improve effectiveness. Executive & Leadership Communications Work directly with the CEO and senior leaders to shape internal messaging and key company announcements. Develop talking points, scripts, and presentations for leadership communications. Ensure a clear and inspiring executive voice that resonates with employees. Culture & Employer Branding Partner with HR and brand leaders to develop initiatives that reinforce a strong, unified company culture. Support employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and culture-building efforts. Identify and amplify stories that showcase our people, purpose, and shared success. Change & Project Communications Support change management efforts by providing clear, transparent, and engaging messaging during transitions (e.g., acquisitions, restructuring, leadership changes). Manage multiple communication projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company goals. Data-Driven Communication & Measurement Track engagement metrics, sentiment, and communication effectiveness to refine strategies. Report key insights to leadership and continuously optimize communication initiatives. External Brand Storytelling Support Assist in crafting messaging for industry publications, trade media, and leadership podcasts. Collaborate with marketing on external content related to company growth and culture. What You Bring 5-10 years
of experience in
internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement roles. Proven ability to
partner with executives
to develop and deliver high-impact messaging. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content. Hands-on experience managing
multi-channel internal communications
(email, town halls, Teams, intranets, video, etc.). Strong
project management skills
- able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Experience in
culture-building initiatives
and employee engagement strategies. Background in
multi-brand, distributed, or PE-backed organizations
