We are growing and are seeking an experienced hire within our Accounting & Finance Search Practice.
Working with our team as an Executive Search Consultant means the following to the firm:
- Targeting, sourcing, consulting, engaging, and retaining prospective Candidates through cold calls, warm calls, email, or outreach using a sourcing tool or technique.
- Assessing candidate talent and fit for current and future jobs.
- Crafting, identifying, and executing effective targeting and messaging strategies to procure top talent for the firm's requisitions.
- Researching to create effective candidate pipelines for the firm.
- Providing market insights to the Client Account Managers to aid in communication to Clients.
- Properly recording information in our database.
- Ideal candidate will have experience recruiting on the agency side
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to clearly and effectively articulate ideas.
- Ability to leverage recruiting or sourcing software to develop and execute effective successful strategies.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and self-starter mentality.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ethical and of utmost integrity REQUIRED.
