Health Center Staff Nurse (RN or LPN) – Saint Johnsbury Community Health Center Northern Counties Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Saint Johnsbury Community Health Center team. As a key member of our patient care team, you will work under the direction of the Practice Manager to provide essential clinical support, ensuring high-quality patient care. Responsibilities Triage patient calls, assess needs, and prioritize care based on clinical knowledge. Conduct patient intake interviews and assessments, maintaining accurate Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Administer medications and vaccines following established protocols. Perform routine laboratory tests and phlebotomy while ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards. Assist providers with procedures and treatments while prioritizing patient comfort. Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program. Strong clinical assessment skills with knowledge of disease processes and treatments. Proficiency in computer skills, including EMR systems and office software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Why Join Us?
