As we continue our digital transformation journey, we are deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as our enterprise backbone to standardize and optimize global business processes. Position Summary We are looking for a skilled D365 F&O Business Analyst with deep experience in Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains. You will act as the critical bridge between global business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into scalable D365 F&O solutions. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with supply chain, production, logistics, and procurement teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and document functional needs. Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews across global sites to understand end-to-end processes (e.g., Production Orders, BOMs, Inventory Management, MRP, Procurement). Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process maps aligned with D365 F&O standard capabilities. Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of D365 Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing modules. Perform fit-gap analysis, identify process improvement opportunities, and support change management during rollouts. Assist with UAT planning and execution, training, and go-live support across multiple manufacturing locations. Act as a liaison between global business teams and implementation partners or internal IT resources. Required Experience & Skills 4+ years as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant working with D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or AX2012. Hands-on experience with Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Production, or Master Planning modules. Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain processes in discrete or process manufacturing environments. Proven experience working on at least one full-cycle D365 F&O implementation in a manufacturing context. Proficiency in writing functional requirements, process flows, and test scripts. Familiar with tools like Azure DevOps, Visio, Power BI, and Excel. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across global teams. Ability to travel internationally up to 20%, if needed. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate. Background in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus. Experience integrating D365 with MES, WMS, or PLM systems. Seniority level
