Co-founder Andre Marshall, a former Philadelphia Phillies draft pick and University of Washington standout, brings over 20 years of hitting instruction experience and a track record of sending hundreds of players to college and professional baseball. Co-founder Sean White, a former Seattle Mariners pitcher and Mercer Island native, brings deep knowledge in pitching development and a passion for helping young players grow through structured, intentional coaching.
Position Overview: Boost Baseball is seeking passionate, committed coaches to lead teams in our youth baseball program for the upcoming season! This part-time position runs from October 2025 to July 2026, and features competitive pay, up to $8,000 for the season for highly qualified coaches.
What to expect: 2-3 practices per week Tournaments on weekends Coaching players ages 8-14 Opportunities to grow with a dedicated and supportive staff Access to indoor training facility and equipment
Qualifications: Have baseball playing or coaching experience Great communicators with kids and families Can bring energy, structure, and leadership to the field Must pass a background check
