OVERVIEW: As a vital store teammate, you will be dedicated to creating an extraordinary shopping experience for customers. Your enthusiasm to assist, comprehensive product knowledge, adherence to high-brand standards, and strong prioritization skills will make all the difference. Warmly greet all customers and proactively engage with them to understand their needs, enhancing their shopping experience. Maintain exceptional merchandising standards by adhering to established visual guidelines, signage requirements, price adjustments, and inventory practices. Effectively promote company programs such as customer loyalty initiatives, warranty options, and private label credit card offerings. Follow all safety protocols, loss prevention practices, and operational procedures while respecting confidentiality of company information. Foster a welcoming and inclusive store environment that ensures both teammates and customers feel safe and respected. Adopt a flexible mindset to support team efforts across all areas of the store. Complete other tasks as assigned by management to ensure smooth store operations. The following traits are essential: Accountability Customer Focus Collaboration Trustworthiness Judgment and Decision-Making Skills Proactivity QUALIFICATIONS: Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or cash handling is preferred. Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift items weighing between 15 to 35 lbs. repetitively (up to 25 times per hour). Capability to remain on your feet for extended periods (up to 4 hours) while walking or standing. Comfort with heights greater than 4 feet using ladders or aerial lifting devices. Capacity to perform repetitive tasks for short durations (up to 2 hours continuously). Targeted Pay Range:
$14.00 - $21.00. The starting pay rate may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and the position offered. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
