Overview
Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships to understand goals, issues, and provide solutions. Offer expertise in business processes and system/data usage. Business Analysis:
Analyze complex requirements, translate into detailed specifications, develop functional design documents, and manage the solution lifecycle. Evaluate software versions and plan upgrades. Develop and deploy solutions according to standards. Talent Development:
Coach and mentor less experienced team members. Solution Support:
Ensure IT solutions are available, reliable, and performant 24/7. Compliance:
Provide expertise on application security, access, SOX compliance, and controls. Qualifications Required skills: Motivated, independent, eager to learn new applications and technologies. Strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills. Customer-focused with understanding of business processes. Problem-solving and analytical skills to translate requirements into IT solutions. Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Technical understanding of software development, testing, and performance. Strong skills in Microsoft Windows, Server, Azure Cloud, and Office. Preferred Skills: 5+ years in application support/development with systems like OptiVision, NLINK, or Time & Attendance. SQL, database concepts, Visual Studio, SSRS. Experience with Windows Server/Desktop preferred. Experience and Education: AS/BS/BA in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years in IT Application Support or related experience. Travel:
