Responsibilities
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures at the assigned Program in alignment with the overall business strategy. Manage daily workflow of the HR Coordinators. Maintain compliance with Federal, State, and local employment laws and regulations. Nurture a positive working environment that yields high employee engagement. Assist with managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Assess training needs to suggest ongoing development. Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Executive. Experience with labor unions. Experience in Long Term Care preferred. Education:
Degree in Human Resources or related field. Salary
$95,400 per year
