Responsibilities
- Ownership of the month-end close and general ledger
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Assisting with implementing policies and procedures
- Analysis of balance sheet accounts
- Fixed assets, Lease Accounting (ASC 842), and Consolidations
- Oversee, develop, and mentor accounting staff
- Support the external audit
The ideal candidate will have the following experience
- BS degree required
- 6+ years of related experience
- Excellent communication skills
- 3+ years of experience managing a team
Compensation: up to $145,000 plus bonus
Note: The role requires the candidate to be local to the Boston area and in the office a few days each week.
