The pay range for this position is between $27.00-$31.00 per hour.

Position and Scope This role is responsible for managing all activities associated with the handling, packaging, transport, and cold chain management of multiple and varied materials associated with drug product manufacturing. These materials include but are not limited to active pharmaceutical ingredients (API), Bulk Drug Product (BDS), excipients, drug product components, samples (in-process, release, and stability) and finished drug products and combination products. This position will be responsible for collaboration with third party logistic carriers, external testing laboratories and global material suppliers. This role ensures the seamless flow of materials while maintaining compliance with Argonaut's policies and procedures and global regulatory guidelines, including cGMP. This position will report to the Manager, Warehouse and Logistics. Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate receipt and shipping of Drug Product API, Components, Finished Goods and Test Sample shipments to third party laboratories, ecosystem partners and Argonaut's customers.
Work closely with internal groups (Manufacturing, Project Management, Shipping, etc.), external laboratories, service and transportation providers and customers to ensure that the materials, test samples and finished goods are shipped on time to the right locations at the proper temperature, accompanied by the proper documentation.
Assist internal groups and customers with the scheduling, shipment, and required documentation.
Operate logistic tracking devices including TempTales, Active Shippers and other cold chain tracking and enabling devices.
Work with third party laboratories, service, and transportation providers to solicit quotations and estimated turnaround times for shipping
Directly contributes to daily logistics operations for the Drug Product and Supply Chain operation, in full compliance with global regulatory guidance, applicable SOPs, and safety guidelines.
Draft SOPs and material specifications for logistics support
Complete other related duties as assigned by manager
Education and Experience 3+ years' experience in Pharmaceutical Logistics, or supply chain materials management, within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology related industry
Bachelor's degree in a Life Science discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered
Cold chain management and international logistics experience
Experience with participating in shipping validation studies is preferred
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Strong interpersonal skills with experience working with multiple contract service providers
Demonstrated attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
An affinity for precise and detailed cGMP documentation.
The ability to work effectively and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Experience working with ERP systems and logistics software
A high-level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness with strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal direction
