**Shift:** Shift 1
**Work Schedule:** 4 Hr (8:00:00 AM - 12:00:00 PM)

**Pay Range:** $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

The pay range for each role reflects Rush’s anticipated wage or salary reasonably expected to be offered for the position. Offers may vary depending on the circumstances of each case.
This role will be part of the Rush Medical College, proctoring M1 and M2 exams.
**Summary:**
Rush Medical College employs Assessment Proctors to assist Assessment Staff with testing operations. Proctors assist with various aspects of assessment administration, including student check-in and check-out and exam security. Proctors exemplify the Rush mission, vision and values and act in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.
**Required Job Qualifications:**
• Graduation from high school or equivalent.
• Available to commute to campus for on campus examinations.
• Must be able to communicate professionally with faculty, students, and university staff regarding.
• Exercises judgment and discretion and follows written and oral instructions.
• Maintains the confidentiality of assessments.
**Preferred Job Qualifications:**
• Previous proctoring experience at the college/university level.
• Experience with testing software applications.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Administers computerized and paper-based examinations in the secure testing environment.
2. Supervises students for the duration of an examination session.
3. Ensures that all required testing protocols issued by faculty and staff are followed.
4. Responsible for reporting any violations of the honor code or code of conduct.
5. Assists Assessment Staff with admission to the testing room by checking students in via Student ID badge and ensuring all technology (personal cell phones and smart watches) are stored away.
6. Secures all testing materials and other test documents.
7. Performs other assessment administration tasks as assigned.
