The Assistant Store Manager is a full-time, hourly position serving as a key holder and acting manager in the store. Responsibilities include managing operations, ensuring excellent customer service, assisting with sales, overseeing inventory, and supporting technicians. The role requires adherence to safety standards and performing store functions as needed. Responsibilities
Schedule appointments to optimize technician efficiency Promote sales through product and service recommendations Address guest needs and build customer relationships Assist technicians in communicating repair needs Maintain store cleanliness and organization Manage inventory and oversee stock levels Supervise and support technicians Ensure compliance with safety and company policies Perform store manager duties when required Qualifications
Minimum
High school diploma or GED 2+ years automotive and sales experience Valid Drivers License Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods Strong communication and basic math skills Preferred
Automotive State Inspector License ASE Certifications Leadership experience Additional Information
