The Johns Hopkins University Krieger School of Arts & Sciences (KSAS) is seeking an Associate Director for Academic Advising, Systems & Technology within the Office of Academic Advising (OAA). This role manages operational and technical aspects of the advising program, supporting students holistic well-being and academic success. This hybrid position (in-office and remote days) reports to the Associate Dean for Academic Advising.
Responsibilities
- Advising Systems & Technology Leadership (50%)
- Manage advising systems, academic catalog review, and collaborate with offices such as Registrars, IT, and the Whiting School of Engineering.
- Oversee implementation of policies, develop campus partnerships, and manage operational tasks including academic standing, reinstatement, evaluation, and system maintenance.
