Job Description As our next Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will: Check in on dining customers to inquire about food quality and service Conduct checks to ensure enough products are on hand to serve customers, order items as needed, and generate inventory reports for superiors Ensure that the outlets meet all sanitation and safety regulations Manage restaurant staff's work schedules and allocate tasks efficiently Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to maintain high standards Resolve guests' complaints promptly and professionally Train and mentor new staff members on company policies and procedures Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery Implement and maintain quality control measures for food and beverage service Organise and oversee special events or promotions within the restaurant, bar, and banqueting Ensure compliance with licensing laws and food safety regulations Analyse sales data and customer feedback to improve service and increase profitability Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience Maintain accurate records of staff performance, inventory, and financial transactions
Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role is required Right to work in the UK is required Customer service skills
