Applicants must possess excellent academic and professional credentials, superior oral and written communication skills, outstanding legal research and analytical abilities, and a J.D. from an accredited law school. A minimum of two years of creditor-side bankruptcy experience or two years of post-law school clerkship experience with a federal Bankruptcy Judge (or a combination of both) is required. Applicants must be an active member of a state bar in good standing. Residency Requirements

You must be a United States Citizen or National. Initial appointment is conditioned upon satisfactory pre-employment checks, including fingerprint, credit, tax checks, and drug testing. Continued employment depends on a favorable background investigation. You must be registered for Selective Service if applicable.
