We are currently seeking a senior level civil engineer with experience in land development. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities Build and maintain Client relationships Develop and execute regional strategies to drive growth in the land development market Leading and training a team of young engineers and support staff Position Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college. PE license in the State of Florida. Licenses in other southeastern states a plus. 5+ years managing staff and mentoring younger engineers Proficient in AutoCAD Civil3D, ICPR, and WaterCAD Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment Ability to work outside and perform site inspections at active and potential construction sites.
